去年12月的一天深夜，20多岁的佟女士下班后像平常一样步行回家，却没有留意到身后有一人在尾随。当佟女士走到租住的小区准备上楼时，一名戴着口罩的男子突然从其身后窜出，一手掐住佟女士的脖子，一手拿着刀威胁她不准发出声音。
那名男子拖拽着佟女士，打算到僻静无人处实施强奸。此时，佟女士意识到自己已经无力反抗。为了保证自己的生命安全，她没有与该男子发生激烈冲突，而是劝说该男子，到自己租住的房屋内，使用避孕套，那名男子同意了。在佟女士租住的房屋内，那名男子对佟女士实施强奸。待那名男子离开后，佟女士拿着避孕套报警。
警方根据小区监控录像和DNA鉴定，锁定嫌疑人为韩某。调查中，警方根据韩某的暂住信息找到其住处，经过两天的蹲守，民警将他抓获。
经查，韩某还以同样的手段强奸了周某、侯某等多名女性，并抢劫被害人随身财物。起初，韩某拒不承认，怎奈有出入小区的监控录像和DNA鉴定，铁证如山，他也无从抵赖。
据韩某供述，由于一直无业，经济拮据的他就想抢点钱花，因为选男性为作案目标有风险，他就以单身女性为目标。一般他都会趁深夜藏在人少的地方，然后等有单身女性出现时再伺机作案。
检察官提醒女性朋友，尽量不要深夜独自出行，以防遭到不法分子的侵害。一旦遇到性侵，又无力反抗时，应有意识地保护自己并搜集证据，及时报案。
