今年9月26日傍晚，长沙警方在天心区新开铺石人村将犯罪嫌疑人肖胜抓捕归案，广受关注的“9·23”湖南省中医药研究院附属医院医护人员被伤害案成功侦破。
血案 3名年轻护士医院内被砍
9月23日上午，湖南省中医药研究院附属医院的医务人员正忙碌着开始新一周的工作。门诊四楼的整形美容科，3名年轻的护士在导诊台内，像往常一样微笑着迎接求医者。
9时20分许，一名黄衣男子走近导诊台，与其中一位护士交流了几句后，男子便陷入了长时间的沉默。

缉拿 兵分三路地毯式搜索

长沙警方迅速成立了由副市长、市公安局党委书记、局长李介德任组长，市公安局副局长欧益科任副组长的专案组，从刑侦支队、岳麓分局、天心分局等单位抽调精干警力，全力开展专案侦查。
经过初步侦查，专案组很快查明了黄衣男子的身份：肖胜，男，29岁，长沙市天心区新开铺石人村人。随后，专案组通过视频追踪锁定了其逃跑线路：乘坐旅1路公交车逃离现场，到长郡中学站后换乘804路公交车至南郊公园，然后步行前往新开铺路。
然而，在追踪至新开铺路后，肖胜的踪迹突然消失。
专案组决定兵分3路：一路沿着肖胜逃窜的方向继续追击，一路围绕其家人亲友走访调查，另一路则对其可能藏匿的地方进行摸排。
“他性格内向，在外面没什么朋友，身上也没钱。曾经开过摩的、做过配菜员、当过保安，但都干不长久。”通过肖胜家人的讲述，专案组分析：嫌疑人没有收入来源，也没有谋生手段；加之天气突然转冷，身着单衣肯定熬不住，其离开长沙长期逃亡的可能性很小。
“暴徒已是末路，很可能就躲在附近，随时会潜逃回家中。”综合前期侦查情况，专案组果断作出大胆推测，随即部署警力在新开铺一带展开地毯式搜索，并在肖胜家附近布下罗网。
视频侦查的发现也证实了专案组的判断：肖胜曾在新开铺离家不远的道路上出现。
9月26日傍晚，逃亡3天的肖胜出现在其哥哥家中，在此连续蹲守几天的专案民警迅猛出击，将其擒获。
动机 暴行源于皮肤小恙
究竟有什么深仇大恨，让肖胜丧失理智实施如此暴行？
原来，肖胜在几个月前曾到湖南省中医药研究院附属医院整形美容科做胡须移植手术，术后皮肤有肿胀迹象。肖胜十分不满，就产生了报复医生的念头。
9月22日上午，肖胜随身携带着菜刀到医院“讨说法”，但没找到负责手术的医生，便悻悻地离开。9月23日上午，肖胜带着菜刀再次来到医院，医务人员向他解释：红肿为毛囊炎，6个月左右会自然消失。
“我当时很气愤，看到为我做手术的护士就去质问她，她也解释说我这个现象是正常的。但我对她的回复并不满意，一气之下就把菜刀抽了出来……”肖胜被抓后向民警交代了行凶砍人的动机。
因害怕被警方抓获，肖胜逃至新开铺后爬上了一辆长沙开往株洲的货运火车，犹如惊弓之鸟东躲西藏。有时躲在火车隧道里，有时藏在废弃的房子里，渴了就喝别人剩下的矿泉水，饿了就跑到地里偷红薯吃。这样过了3天后，饥寒交迫的肖胜逃回家中，想找哥哥借钱再次外逃，不想一进家门便被张网以待的专案民警逮了个正着。
分析 长期抑郁致情绪失控
“从肖胜的种种行为来看，他属于典型的情绪失控。一个人如长时间处于抑郁和焦虑状态，一旦面对刺激，情绪就会突然爆发，做出傻事。”心理学专家分析道。
肖胜的堂哥介绍，肖胜不到10岁时，母亲就因家庭矛盾自杀了，再婚的父亲于2007年患癌症去世。“他从小就特别自闭，很少跟人说话，都是独来独往。”
“但他不只是自闭，还特别暴躁，有时稍有不顺就大打出手。”肖胜的堂嫂回忆，几年前肖胜和哥哥的岳母起了争执，他抄起椅子就往老人身上砸去。去年，肖胜和哥哥因为一点鸡毛蒜皮的小事产生了矛盾，他冲进厨房拿了一把菜刀就要砍人。
目前，被砍伤的3名护士还躺在医院的病床，等待行凶者将是法律的严惩。
