对于其他鼓噪参拜的日本政客，尤其是像新藤义孝这样的代表人物，除非公开反省参拜，否则中国政府应该在一个相当长的时期内，拒绝对其发放入境签证，限制甚至终止这些人在中国境内的经贸活动。即使中国政府在日本境内安排的政务、文化以及经贸活动，也应拒绝这些代表人物参与。如果日本政府推荐这些代表人物参与联合国正式承认的国际组织或国际机构，中国政府应该断然行使否决权，或者明确运用中国的国际影响力加以反对。
