李成言称,此前民众对反腐败和人大一直抱有很大的期望值,此举可以让民众看到人大在反腐败工作中发挥作用,看到希望。
最高检向人大常委会做专门的反腐报告能否常态化?李成言表示,此次突破标志着以后此举有望常态化、规范化、制度化,从而推动中国反腐败的法制化。
李成言认为,此举具有很强的政治影响力,是反腐败工作一次突破性的进步,而十八届三中全会在反腐方面的进步料更加明显,会有更大突破。他又进一步说,三中全会或会研究一些反腐败工作的改革,比如“加强人大的反腐作用,改革反腐败机构,加大反腐的国家立法进程等”。
