昨天下午，在渝中区公安分局望龙门辖区召开的“共话平安·请您建言”警民恳谈活动现场，300余名辖区居民领到了由渝中警方发放的“渝中区公安分局便民联系电话册”，这里面，公布了辖区11个派出所和对外职能部门领导的手机电话。
专门公布警务督察支队支队长手机号
对民警执法有异议，可立马投诉
在小册子中，记者注意到，除了11个派出所所长的手机电话，职能部门领导手机电话以外，专门留下了警务督察支队支队长的手机号码。据渝中警方介绍，警务督察支队负责对民警的执勤执法规范进行监督，市民凡对民警的执法行为存在异议，则可向警务督察支队投诉，支队长的手机电话也24小时对外开放，充分体现执法透明度，发挥市民法制监督权。
据悉，渝中区公安分局纪检督察部门，还将对各单位领导的接话率以及问题的办结率进行跟踪督导，确保事事有回应，件件有结果。

■2012年的一天半夜，一对夫妻半夜吵架，给汪绍敏打来电话。经汪绍敏协调，两口子重归于好。
■去年，一位重庆市民在外地被非法拘禁，情急之下，给汪绍敏发了一条求救短信，经渝中区公安分局协调外地警方，该市民被成功获救。
