　　法制晚报讯(记者 谢璐)针对市民对市政一卡通卡片押金去向的疑问，一卡通公司昨日表示，押金主要用于卡片发行。

　　一卡通公司表示，之所以采用押金的方式，是为提醒和督促持卡人在使用时保持卡片的完好，同时在透支后能及时偿还透支款。

　　据了解，一卡通卡押金主要分布在四个方面，包括在途结算占用、网点备付金(应付押金赎回)、押金卡采购以及以活期存款、通知存款和三个月定期存款等方式存放于银行押金专用账户的少量剩余资金。所存资金获得的利息依旧用于补充卡片发行的费用。

　　一卡通公司称，卡片押金得到各层面的有效监管，除一卡通公司股东会、董事会每年委托会计师事务所进行核数审计外，市财政局在2008年至2011年期间，每年都对一卡通公司进行全面评审，市审计局也先后于2007年和2011年对一卡通公司进行了两次审计。
