昨日，有网友微博爆料称捡到一本通讯录，上边记载“江西抚州市公安局局领导多达17人，还有12个正副调研员”，并感叹：官僚机构有多膨胀，纳税人如何养？
今天上午，抚州市公安局局长勒世标对《法制晚报》记者作出回应，这个通讯录是2011年的，以前确实是17个领导，不过现在局领导没有那么多了，而12名享受稍低局领导待遇的正副调研员的情况，确实存在。

昨天下午，新浪微博“监政铲腐”发布一个微博，称“江西抚州市公安局局领导多达17人，还有12个正副调研员”。
该网友表示，在高铁捡到一本《江西省抚州市公安局通讯录》打开一看，惊呆了。
局领导居然多达17人，还有享受稍低局领导待遇的正副调研员12人。而抚州仅是一个在全国要排五线的小城市，城区面积仅51平方公里，人口52万。
文字下面附了一张图片，图片上“姓名”、“职务”、“办电”、“宅电”、“手机/短号”等项目，在这个图片上，“局领导”一栏共有17个人，这些人的职务有“局长”、“常务副局长”、“调研员”、“国保支队队长”、“特警支队长”等。
该网友最后还加问一句“官僚机构有多膨胀，纳税人如何养？请核查”。
截至记者发稿时，该条微博已有107人评论，500条转发。
核实
领导已没那么多12名调研员确实存在
今天上午，记者登录抚州市公安局的官方网站“抚州公安网”，在“信息库”一栏的“机构简介”中，上面显示发布时间是“2011年3月28日”，记者数了数“班子成员”，共17名，这17名的姓名和职位与微博上“局领导”一栏中的信息一模一样。
上午10点，《法制晚报》记者致电抚州市公安局党委书记、局长勒世标。勒世标表示，对于微博内容已经看到，这个通讯录是怎么流露出去的也不清楚。“这个通讯录是早前的，2011年的，以前是17个，不过现在局领导没有那么多了。”勒世标对记者表示，现在副局长等职位的配备都是按照国家相关规定的。
对于12名享受稍低局领导待遇的正副调研员的情况，勒世标表示，一些调研员是一些人经过换届之后，从领导岗位上降下来的、但是还没有达到退休年龄，比如正处级干部，就给个调研员的职位，具体享受什么待遇，是由组织部决定的。
