几位老师告诉记者，随着“弹性放学”的稳定实施，今后申请的学生很可能还会增加。老师每天下午三四点放学后，还要进行科研、备课等工作，如果留校的孩子多了，势必会影响到老师其他的份内工作。
南京市教育局初教处处长戴兴海介绍，“弹性放学”，既为家长分忧，又能充分利用学校的教室和场馆资源。教育局多次座谈调研，即将出台具体实施方案，总体原则是学校不能违背“集中学习不超过6小时”的规定。
放学“弹性”，实施也要“弹性”
一位妈妈告诉记者，虽然家里有老人照看，她还是决定申请延迟离校。“我们想给学校交点费用，因为我们不是接送有困难，而是不好意思要老师白白付出，这对其他学生也不公平。”
采访中，有3位家长对“弹性放学”表示强烈不满。一位家长说，之前家长和学校协商，由退休老师在学校代管孩子，每月才交100多块钱，家长也非常放心。“现在孩子们都集中在一起，老师肯定照顾不到每个孩子的学习。这种强行免费，自己并不欢迎。”另外，不少家长还希望学校能为留校的孩子提供才艺培训，或开展丰富的文体活动。而学校则表示，基于学校的师资等现实条件，放学后，学校所能做到的只能是“有老师看管，学生安全有保障”。
南京师范大学教育科学学院副教授殷飞提醒，从统一放学变为“弹性放学”，将给学校带来更多的管理压力。家长如果需要学校提供更好更多的服务，就要求教育主管部门实事求是，允许合理收费。另外，“弹性放学”不仅需要老师的志愿服务，也需要撬动更多的社会资源，组织家长志愿者和各种专长志愿者共同加入。
