央广网青岛10月23日消息(记者刘华栋 王伟 王朝朋)有网友在微博及众多网络论坛发帖称，“青岛宜昌路上，经适房宜昌美景的窗户竟然是画上去的，灯也装的歪歪扭扭！神奇的是，栏杆也是捏扁的！国家建设保障房拨款就是这样用的？”质疑施工方偷工减料，事实是否如此？记者赶到该小区进行了实地调查、采访。
着宜昌美景项目时，看到有许多工人仍在进行水电管道施工，如网友所说，该项目临街的2、3、4号楼北面墙体有一列窗户是涂画上的，如果不仔细看，足能以假乱真。记者以该小区业主的身份，向正在施工的工人询问，为何要画上这些窗户。工人回应说，这些画上的窗户其实是装饰用的，位置在公共楼梯间，对小区住户没有任何影响。
随后记者进入到4号楼，查看楼梯间以及单元户内的栏杆，发现所有护栏都是不锈钢材料，并没有发现网友所说的“捏扁”的护栏。
记者致电相关政府部门，得到的答复是，该项目严格按照规划部门设计进行，该项目1号楼电梯井设在建筑内部，未靠北立面，北立面楼梯间每层设置两个明窗；2、3、4号楼与1号楼建筑结构不同，电梯井紧靠北立面，楼楼间北立面外墙未设计外窗，只是分别在楼梯间东、西立面外墙各设计一个外窗。为达到立面装饰效果，规划设计是在2#、3#、4#号楼两个楼梯间北立面外墙上做装饰性外窗涂饰。现场施工符合规划设计图纸要求。
记者现场发现，即使3个楼座不做这些装饰性外窗，也不会影响美观。
