升级信号灯能“说话”
“红灯越线，请您退回等候。”在南京东路、河南中路以及外滩、南京东路路口，每当有行人在红灯亮起后继续进入路口，身边就会响起这样的提醒声。记者从黄浦交警部门获悉，这是交警对整治“中国式过马路”的又一新探索，为路口人行信号灯加装了一组新配件，让信号灯能够感应闯红灯的行人，并“说话”提醒。
交警部门表示，该设备主要是由链接在信号灯系统上的一组立柱式感应器组成的，在路口红灯亮起后，立柱式感应器便开始启动并发射红外线，如果有人闯红灯就会阻断红外线并触发提醒装置，路口就会“不厌其烦”地一遍遍地响起提醒行人退回人行道的声音。
据了解，从6月开始，第一组装置出现在河南中路、南京东路路口，随后试点规模又扩大到外滩、南京东路路口，这是上海著名的旅游景点的所在地，也属于人流量最大的一类路口，能够充分检验设备是否能够有效工作。
“无心闯灯”被劝阻
昨天晚高峰，记者来到河南中路、南京东路路口，有交警正在路口执勤，即便在平时无交警管理的时段，这里的交通秩序也相对较好。记者看到，高峰时段99%的行人都能遵守交通法规，闯红灯者寥寥无几，每当有行人闯灯，提醒装置就会工作，提醒行人退回。
一位路人告诉记者，以前没有见到过这种设备，觉得挺新鲜的，对提醒行人遵守交通法规应该能起到些作用。但这位市民也建议交警部门调整一下设备位置，因为感应器比较靠近人行道，即便行人没有闯灯，也容易触发到感应器，提醒声响个不停，听多了觉得有点吵。
在南京东路外滩，记者也见到类似的装置，一位行人边低头看手机边过马路，而路口已经转红灯，眼看行人就要闯灯，路口的提醒装置开始工作，行人抬头发现红灯于是退了回去。协管员告诉记者，提醒装置对这种“无心闯灯”的情况比较有效，如果是故意闯灯，再多提醒也难起作用。
下月可能扩大试点
交警部门表示，从协管员和一线民警处获得的信息，升级后的信号灯系统能够对劝阻行人乱穿马路起到一定作用，虽然不可能完全取代交警和协管员的作用，但能从一定程度上减少部分闯红灯行为发生的概率。
据了解，目前试点仍在继续进行中，如果这套系统的效果得到进一步确认，可能会扩大试点范围，在中心城区5个路口安装该系统。交警部门提醒市民，再先进的设备也无法彻底消除闯红灯这一交通陋习，安装新设备的作用主要是提醒和劝导，市民应当自觉遵守交通法规，文明有序出行。
