研究发现，刮风不一定都能吹走污染，风向不对还会加重污染。
据悉，省会常年吹西北、西南、东南三股风。其中，东南风最能“吹脏”石家庄，而西北风达到3级左右风力时则能缓解空气污染。
发现 不是一刮风空气就会好
昨日，记者来到石家庄市环保局，沙盘示意图就放置在该局办公室。
沙盘总面积大约3平方米，按一定比例将太行山、滹沱河、甘陶河以及石家庄城区立体展现出来，沙盘上还标注出20多家重点排污企业的位置。
在沙盘一侧墙壁上，一张示意图展示出西北、西南、东南三股常年风带。
“原来以为一刮风空气质量就会好，但现在发现风向对空气质量也会产生很大影响。”石家庄市环保局环境监测中心相关负责人说。
他说，省会污染较重一定程度上缘于本地企业的排放，但有些情况下，随着风吹，外地的污染物也被带到省会，反而造成污染加重。
实例 风向不同污染指数不同
不同风向能对空气质量起到不同的影响，这一点，从省会22日不同时段的空气质量指数就能看出。
根据石家庄市环境监测中心对22日全天监测，当日1时~9时，省会风向为西北方，二氧化硫、PM2.5等污染物相对稳定，其中二氧化硫保持在50微克每立方米。
10时~6时之间，风向变为东南风，各项污染物指数开始爬升，其中二氧化硫超过了300微克每立方米。
17时~24时，风向又变为西北风，各项污染再次回落，二氧化硫降到了100微克每立方米。
“从监测上看，风向对污染物的浓度有着很明显的影响，这说明造成重污染天，除了排放这个客观原因外，风向也是一个重要原因。”这位负责人说。
追问 为何风向能带来这些影响？
为什么风向不同，空气质量也会受到影响？
石家庄城区处于太行山脉腹地。沿着太行山方向滹沱河、绵河、甘陶河和东南腹地，省会常年盛行西北、西南、东南三股风。
“三股风带沿线也都有一些排污企业，有些情况下，这些风会带着沿线的污染物，进一步推高省会污染。”这位负责人说。
他介绍，省会东南方向是邯郸、邢台，一刮东南风，这些城市的污染物会被吹到省会。同时，由于省会西北侧有太行山遮挡，风吹不过去，在城市上空形成涡旋，污染物会在山前不断累积，污染加重。
但如果省会刮来西北风，虽然沿线也会带来一些企业污染物，但它的下风向是平原区，在达到3级左右风力后，扩散效果会很明显，污染物浓度也会下降。
而省会西南方向有绵河，甘陶河，河道两侧拥有大量的储煤、洗煤、水泥等污染企业，西南风顺着河道、带着这些污染物吹进石家庄市区，也会增加污染。
