长安区农业局三干部
被羁押数月工资照发
本报讯(记者潘京) 因涉嫌贪污、受贿等经济问题，长安区农业局原财务科科长赵某某、扶贫科副科长闫某、调研员查某某相继被抓，并已羁押数月。但知情人爆料，截至目前，三人工资仍在照常发。
三人均涉“经济问题”
知情者称，三名干部中，首先是赵某某被检察院反贪污贿赂局找去“谈话”的，后来，查某某、闫某也被相继带走。
10月14日，本报记者到长安区农业局求证，据该局办公室主任何永民称，赵、闫、查三人确实好几个月没来上班了，至于何时何地被检察院带走调查的，都还不知道，“闫某好像过了个周末，就没来上班，后来才听说是被区检察院找去了。”
据了解，三人均是在农业系统工作了数十年的老员工，其中，查某某年龄最大，已57岁。一名不愿透露姓名的该局工作人员称，三人“工作一直都不错，人也都和气”。
本报记者在长安区检察院了解到，三人均系数月前该院反贪污贿赂局接群众举报后，逐步调查出来的，均为“经济问题”。由于目前案件还在调查当中，具体案情尚无法透露。
职工反映其他事“带出泥”
据悉，长安区农业局之所以接连有干部被查处，主要是该局还是原长安区农牧局(区农业局前身)时的饲料工作站(以下简称饲料站)职工不断反映问题引起的，“由于数年前改制中遗留下的问题没有解决，使得部分职工不断向上级反映”。
有知情者透露，所谓遗留问题，主要是饲料站改制时，根据当时政策，没到退休年龄的职工买断工龄，到龄的则由局里发生活费。有些人不想按企业标准退休，结果就导致退休推迟，“原本职工反映的只是改制的事，没想到检察院介入调查后，不知咋把赵某某给带出来了”。
就三人目前的涉案情况，本报记者从可靠渠道获知，赵某某、查某某均涉嫌贪污和挪用公款，而闫某则涉嫌受贿。闫案已于2013年9月26日开庭，据起诉书指控，被告人“在担任扶贫科副科长期间，索取、收受村干部行贿款10余万元，为行贿人谋取利益……”
为啥被羁押期间工资还在发
据《人事部关于国家机关、事业单位工作人员受行政刑事处罚工资处理意见的复函》(人函[1999]177号)的规定，国家机关和事业单位工作人员被羁押期间，应停发工资。可调查中，有人向记者反映，虽然赵、查、闫三人已被检方羁押，但时至今日，工资却依然照发。
就此，本报记者到长安区财政局求证，局办公室赵主任经向该局支付中心核实后表示，由于公务员工资都是由区人社局审核通过、由支付中心每月统一打到工资卡上的，在没有收到区农业局发来的、要求对三人“停发工资”的函的情况下，工资的确在照常发放。
针对此事，10月18日上午，区农业局办公室主任何永民表示，由于目前区检察院未就三人受调查的情况进行告知，故至今还不知道他们的具体情况，表示如有了来自检方的明确通知，会依照法规，针对三人的工资发放问题，作出反应。
区检察院为何没告知农业局？检察院政工科负责人刘勤成说，农业局完全可以通过区纪委等部门，按正常渠道来了解。来源：华商报
