  什么样的人才能“上位”



  会玩“钱”的“千里马”可能更受青睐


  这次招聘,人才层次要求较高,这个特点决定了,在全国范围选拔显然更有助于挑出“千里马”。


  据郑州市公开选聘高管人员工作领导小组办公室的工作人员马彪介绍,此次招聘是郑州市深化市属国企投融资体制改革的具体举措之一,这些国有独资公司也大多承担有投融资职能。

  选拔如何保证公开透明



  实行结构化面试和无领导小组讨论相结合
