  “医不过二代”反映的是我们的医疗行业、医生群体生存环境出现了危机,宏观层面则更反映出当下我国行业差距逐渐扩大、行业之间逐渐失衡的问题。这一问题解决不好将影响经济的良性发展、人民的安居乐业,更会影响社会的公平正义与和谐稳定。


  近日,广州医生被殴重伤、浙江温岭患者行刺医生等事件,使医务人员生存状态再度成为公众关注的焦点。工作压力较大、收入也不高,以及医疗纠纷频发、医患关系紧张等因素,使得年轻一代开始重新审视医生这一古老职业,已经出现“医不过二代”现象。据媒体公布的最新医师执业状况调查显示,中国78%的医生不希望子女从医。


  近八成的医生不希望子女从医,这是当下医疗行业代际传承的客观事实。笔者往上三代均从医,可身为医生的父亲,却从不支持笔者择医为业;笔者父辈兄弟6人中4人行医,而到了笔者这一辈,堂兄妹共10余人,学医的仅有一位。作为数千年来代际传承最典型最持久的一个行业,难道《礼记》所讲的“医不三世,不服其药”的传统,真的要沦为“医不过二代”的尴尬?


  其实,“医不过二代”的尴尬背后,反映的则是整个医疗行业的弊端和危机。尽管现代社会学医的途径已经从师徒相传、父子相传转变成医学院校培养,但医学院校培养的准医生们,乃至现职的医生们改从他业或者离开临床一线的也大有人在。据媒体报道,国家每年培养的60万医科毕业生,只有10万多人成为了医生。一方面是医院一线医生严重不足从而导致医生任务繁重、压力过大;另一方面是大量的医生、医科生逃离临床,医生群体生存环境的恶性循环已然开始,如不妥善解决,只会愈演愈烈。


  无论是在古代还是在国外,医生都是受人尊敬且收入颇丰的职业,医生子女为医生的情况也很常见。而当下我国许多年轻医生,经历了比其他行业更长时间的专业学习之后,不仅难以得到应有的尊敬和待遇,而且还要为整个医疗体制的种种弊端负荆,甚至遭受生命威胁,这是导致近八成医生不希望子女从医的根本原因。要改变这种状况,唯有从这些根本原因入手。


  “医不过二代”反映的是我们的医疗行业、医生群体生存环境出现了危机,宏观层面则更反映出当下我国行业差距逐渐扩大、行业之间逐渐失衡的问题。简言之,就是医生、教师、农民、工人等职业在行业体系中综合幸福感较低,远不如公务员、金融从业人员、国企员工等行业群体。如此行业的失衡,不仅影响经济的良性发展、人民的安居乐业,更会影响社会的公平正义与和谐稳定。


  父母对子女的从业倾向,是行业幸福感的天然风向标。“医不过二代”“教师不过二代”“农民不过二代”等行业价值观,值得全社会警醒和反思。
