The organisation Department：Party and government leading cadres of part-time work in a enterprise shall not be paid

Central Organization Department recently issued the Declaration on further regulate leading cadres of party and Government business part-time (service) issues opinion on proposed part-time cadres in enterprises approved according to regulations, not companies receive salaries, bonuses, allowances and other remuneration shall not acquire ownership and other extra benefits; part-time not exceeding 1; no more than two consecutive terms; part-time service age limits for the age of 70.

CCP tie management officials issued new rules system "fence"

　　中组部日前印发《关于进一步规范党政领导干部在企业兼职(任职)问题的意见》，提出凡按规定经批准在企业兼职的党政领导干部，不得在企业领取薪酬、奖金、津贴等报酬，不得获取股权和其他额外利益；兼职不得超过1个；连任不超过两届；兼职的任职年龄界限为70周岁。
