法制晚报讯(记者周超) 上午，丰台区办理市政协提案工作汇报会召开。记者获悉，市政协委员提案得到办复。办复情况显示，为缓解四环路高峰的拥堵，康辛路二期的怡海花园北段断头路(即富丰桥至郭公庄路部分)年底前将开通，向前推进2.17公里。
近5年，丰台区共承办市政协提案45件。其中有进展和取得一定成效的共36件，占提案的80%。
据了解，委员王绯玲曾提出“关于加快开通康辛路怡海花园北段断头路、缓解四环路高峰拥堵”的提案。丰台区上午表示，因为该提案问题涉及政府多个部门及存在将近十年的历史遗留问题，办理难度较大。区政府多次召开协调会，6月底拿出最终解决方案，下半年启动了腾退工作。
据介绍，本月27日已将该断头路上的综合市场进行了取缔。拆除后，向东可连接四合庄西路、丰台南路、郭公庄路，至花乡桥，向西可连接富丰桥。年底前康辛路怡海花园北段断头路可全部修通，使困扰该地区居民多年的基础设施薄弱问题得以解决。
