机场“诈弹”当日，铁路也收到虚假报警

机场调集约270人紧急启动应急预案
本报长沙讯当长沙黄花机场“诈弹”案件告破后，机场方面再次向记者回顾了当时的应急处理情况。

最高人民法院9月29日对外公布一份司法解释，明确了编造、故意传播虚假恐怖信息的法律边界，对“谎称炸弹”破坏公共秩序的犯罪行为予以惩治，于9月30日起施行。
司法解释明确界定了“严重扰乱社会秩序”的六种情形，其中就包括致使机场等人员密集场所秩序混乱，或者采取紧急疏散措施的，以及影响航空器等大型客运交通工具正常运行的。根据司法解释，致使航班备降或返航的，应当在五年以下有期徒刑范围内酌情从重处罚。
