一问：违规企业具体是哪两家？

申雷海表示：“目前，总公司通过全面排查，只要发现委托企业进口转基因菜籽油充顶临储收购菜籽油，就坚决将这个企业收购的油全部退出库存，并且取消其今后参与临储收购的资格。总公司将进一步加大监管力度，严防进口转基因菜籽油混入行为，确保国家临储菜籽油全部都是国产的非转基因菜籽油。”
四问：退出临储库存的进口菜籽油如何处理？

对此，申雷海表示，按照临储菜籽油收购政策的规定，进口菜籽油是不允许进入国家政策性储备库存的，所以只要发现，就要全部退出。但进口转基因菜籽油在商业经营中是允许的，“它不像是问题奶粉需要销毁，只是不符合我们政策储备的规定，但是可以在市场上流通、经营。当然，作为转基因产品，在下游的加工、分包和零售环节上必须遵守有关规定，在标签中注明，包括我们出品的油，如果有转基因成分也会在包装上标注。”
