  那么,新乡相关部门缘何在2012年12月份又为“联盟新城”公然违规办理“别墅”预售许可证呢?新乡市房管局预售科吴科长就此向记者表示:“我们是根据测绘单位报告的资料审发。”负责该项目测绘、审核的林姓局长在接受记者采访时坦承:“是我们工作失误所造成的。”
