Hunan Yueyang the former planning Secretary 1.62 million in bribes jailed 12

Recently, Yueyanglou District Court in Yueyang city, Hunan Yueyang city, on the former, Party Secretary and Secretary for planning Cao Xuejun bribery case conducts a public hearing, on charges of taking bribes in court sentenced Cao Xuejun 12 years and 6 months of imprisonment and deprived of political rights for 2 years, and confiscation of property of 150,000 yuan; seizure put the proceeds turned over to the State Treasury. 　　近日，湖南岳阳市岳阳楼区法院对岳阳市原规划局党组书记、局长曹学军受贿案进行了一审公开开庭审理，当庭以受贿罪判处曹学军有期徒刑12年6个月，剥夺政治权利2年，并处没收财产15万元；扣押在案的所得赃款上缴国库。(记者 谭剑、陈文广)
