在今天召开的第13届中国网络媒体论坛上，国家互联网信息办公室主任鲁炜针对本届论坛“网聚正能量，共筑中国梦”主题，要求网络媒体把百姓寻梦的故事讲述出来，把百姓追梦的奋斗展示出来，把百姓圆梦的力量汇聚起来。
鲁炜指出，对于网络内容建设来讲，正能量是总要求，中国梦是主旋律。网聚正能量，就要紧紧围绕中国梦，用 13亿中华儿女的共同期盼，最大限度地凝聚信念的能量、大爱的胸怀、忘我的精神、进取的锐气，让网络空间充满雨露阳光；共筑中国梦，就要不断激发正能量、传递正能量、汇聚正能量，不断巩固党和人民团结奋斗的共同思想基础。
鲁炜强调，中国梦，是人民的梦，是人民对国家富强的憧憬，是人民对民族振兴的追求，是人民对个人幸福的向往。中国梦不是空洞的口号，不是遥不可及的目标，而是坚定的信念，是务实的行动，归根到底要靠亿万人民共同铸就。互联网作为新形势下党和政府联系群众的重要纽带、服务群众的重要平台，要把百姓寻梦的故事讲述出来，把百姓追梦的奋斗展示出来，把百姓圆梦的力量汇聚起来，这就是网聚正能量、共筑中国梦的根本要义。
鲁炜要求网络媒体要深入群众、贴近百姓，适应网民阅读习惯，用朴实生动的事例、喜闻乐见的形式、易于接受的语言，讲好百姓寻梦、追梦、圆梦的故事，让更多的人表现“我的梦”、汇聚“中国梦”，在网上凝聚起为实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的强大力量。
