We deplored this sad event, against innocent victims, condolences and express condolences for their families and the injured. After the incident, the Chinese departments concerned to take immediate action to rescue work and organization, ensure the timely and effective treatment of injured, and promptly inform the embassies of the countries concerned, and Embassy consular officials visited the injured, the performance of consular functions such as convenience. 答：中方高度重视中古关系，一贯支持古巴的正义要求。我们认为，面对分歧，平等对话、友好协商是解决争端的最好途径。我们希望有关国家依照《联合国宪章》宗旨、原则和联大各项相关决议，尽快终止对古巴经济、商业和金融封锁。
问：据报道，中国外交部部长王毅近日会见了日本前首相福田康夫。请证实并介绍有关情况。
答：10月26日，王毅应约非正式会见了来华出席第九届“北京-东京论坛”的日方主要人员。双方就中日关系坦诚交换了意见。王毅阐述了中方对日政策，敦促日本政府严肃认真对待目前阻碍中日关系发展的问题。王毅并希望致力于中日友好的日本各界有识之士为改善中日关系继续做出努力。
