二、医保报销规定不够通俗易懂。医保报销分类过细，名目繁多，且报销标准因人而异，市民反映，对于政策规定和一些专业术语不易理解。
三、人事档案代理不够便捷。人事档案管理不够人性化，如大学生毕业时未与用人单位签约，档案就得寄回原籍，被录用后再调入，手续繁杂。
四、社保政策不断出台和调整，业务员来不及适应，市区间的社保系统互不联网，12333咨询热线和窗口工作人员回答客户提问时常会出现口径不一致的情况。
