针对法院发出支付令后能否强制执行的问题，绥化市中级人民法院执行局副局长徐立新介绍，依据最高人民法院“注释【2001】8号文件”第十五条规定，法院不能强制执行。徐立新说：“按照这个文件的要求，对当时的公安司法机关的经费、房产、车辆都不允许执行。”

依照家具商标，记者联系到生产商广东省中山市派格家居有限公司，该公司负责办公家具的业务经理钟剑锋根据记者发的照片表示，望奎县公安局一领导办公室摆放的大办公桌的单价为24604元，书柜的单价为16750元，沙发的单价为14626元。
