店主夫妇一死一伤
昨日，有自称死者家属的人士在百度贴吧及微博上发帖称，28日晚10点多，平南县大鹏镇，其已有数月身孕的舅妈被一名喝醉酒的外地人用枪打中头部，送到医院抢救无效，大人胎儿皆死亡，其舅舅也被该持枪者用枪击伤。帖子所配发的图片中，事发地为一家粉店，招牌上写有“老牌螺蛳粉”字样，地面上有散落的拖鞋及疑似血迹；其余照片包括：一名脸部有血的躺在地上、一名男子右侧肩膀有纱布，还有发帖者所称行凶者开的“桂A”牌照的车辆。
据媒体报道，有大鹏镇林姓村民称，事发地点在平南县大鹏镇政府附近的一家粉店内，3名外来男子在大鹏镇街上溜达。一名果贩看到其中一人身带枪支，收摊回避。然后3人前往一家米粉店，其中一名男子先用枪支顶住一食客头部，后询问米粉店女老板“有无奶茶”。在得到“没有”的回复后，男子将对方击毙。男店主闻讯出来，亦被击中肩膀。
警方证实开枪者为平南县刑警
昨日下午，北青报记者就上述消息询问平南县大鹏镇派出所，一名工作人员称，该案件已移交到广西省贵港市警方。贵港市警方向北青报记者证实：28日晚，平南县公安局刑侦大队民警胡某(33岁)，在平南县大鹏镇开枪，致使一名吴姓女子死亡，一名蔡姓男子受伤，死者与伤者是夫妻关系，皆30多岁，伤者无生命危险。贵港市警方未介绍事发原因，称开枪警察胡某已被控制，事件还在进一步调查中。
该地此前曾发生民警酒后开枪案
北青报搜索此前消息发现，同样是在广西贵港市辖区内，也发生过民警酒后开枪致群众1死1伤的情况。
2011年7月21日20时许，来宾市公安局兴宾公安分局五山派出所所长谭宁江受朋友邀请，到贵港市覃塘区樟木乡开发区大排档2楼4号厢吃晚饭。21时50分左右，谭宁江在醉酒状态下被人扶上开来的小轿车，谭宁江上车后不久突然拔出佩带的七七式手枪开枪乱射。送其上车的朋友制止不及，马上躲避。谭宁江开枪后走下车，走进大排档向陪同自己吃饭的谢某开枪射击，随后又向路过的行人李某开枪射击。致使谢某抢救无效死亡，李某受伤。
