　　新华网青岛10月30日电 (记者张旭东)青岛市中级人民法院30日对一涉黑案进行一审公开宣判，主犯张韶军被判处死刑，剥夺政治权利终身；其余各被告人分别被判处二十年以下、一年六个月以上不等有期徒刑。

　　法院经审理查明，1997年以来，张韶军以狱友、朋友、同学等关系，先后纠集被告人王广智、孙立志、王江龙、高大卫等人在青岛市李沧区经营练歌房、承揽土石方工程、开发网点房获利。为维护其利益、树立非法权威，张韶军等人实施了故意伤害、寻衅滋事、非法拘禁等多起违法犯罪活动，逐步形成了以张韶军为组织、领导者的黑社会性质组织。

　　10多年来，被告人张韶军及其黑社会性质组织成员多次持枪或以其他暴力手段实施违法犯罪活动，致2人死亡、多人受伤，非法持有枪支11支。

　　法院经审理认为，被告人张韶军组织、领导黑社会性质组织，构成组织、领导黑社会性质组织罪，其作为黑社会性质组织的首要分子，依法应按照其组织领导的黑社会性质组织所犯的全部罪行处罚；在其组织实施、参与的故意伤害致人死亡案件中，作案手段残忍，后果严重，依法必须严惩。

　　法院依法判决被告人张韶军犯故意伤害罪，判处死刑，剥夺政治权利终身；犯组织、领导黑社会性质组织罪，判处有期徒刑八年；其还犯有其他罪行，数罪并罚，决定执行死刑，剥夺政治权利终身。
