卫生局长坦言其水质远不如自来水

街头售水机合格率仅60%
在广州的街头及居民小区内，经常能看到现制现售的售水机，只要投入1元或者5角的硬币就能取水。很多售水机外观破旧，没有营业执照编号、卫生许可证、水质自检报告等资料，也没有标明水是否能够直饮，因此，很多市民都对水质不放心，表示不敢喝。
原来，街头售水机是属于卫生局监管的。陈怡霓在节目中表示“不敢喝”，称从管网出来的自来水合格率是99%，而街头售水机合格率才60%多，但目前无法整体取缔这个行业。
据悉，目前街头的售水机不需要卫生许可证，商家只要买个售水机，找一个地方摆就行。街头售水机的出现有其历史原因——之前自来水水质不太理想，经过街头售水机处理之后口感会好一些。但这几年政府投入很大财力改善水质条件，现在的自来水无论是口感还是卫生质量都已经非常好了。
卫生热线12320即将开通
有记者拨打卫生局对外公布的投诉电话81085324时，被接线员告知打12320。这是全国通用的卫生热线，但上述接线员表示还没有正式开通，只是试运行。对此，陈怡霓表示12320将在10月30日正式开通，到时接电话的席位比较多，市民百姓有什么咨询和投诉都可以拨打。
