　　最高检：四川盘江大桥垮塌事故七名官员涉渎职受贿被立案侦查

　　新华网北京10月30日电(记者陈菲)记者30日从最高人民检察院获悉，由最高检挂牌督办的四川省江油市盘江大桥垮塌事故案中，包括7名官员在内的10人涉嫌滥用职权、玩忽职守、受贿和行贿犯罪被检察机关立案侦查。

　　2013年7月9日11时许，四川省江油市政府投入500余万元加固维修的盘江大桥在启用后不到5天就因洪水垮塌，事故造成6辆汽车坠入水中，5人死亡、7人失踪。事故发生后，最高检将其作为重点案件挂牌督办，并要求四川省检察院迅速介入事故调查，严查事故背后是否存在“豆腐渣”工程及相关渎职犯罪等行为。

　　据介绍，四川省检察院会同绵阳市检察院成立专案组，深挖事件背后的渎职等职务犯罪线索。调查发现，盘江大桥维修加固工程中存在借牌中标、非法分包、无证施工、监管不到位、未按规定验收等问题，导致工程偷工减料、不按设计图施工，导致盘江大桥存在严重的安全隐患。目前，检察机关已依法对涉嫌犯罪的绵阳市交通局公路管理处处长周兴等10人立案侦查，案件除了涉及交通管理部门外，还涉及城建、地税、经济开发区等多个部门。
