假冒手机均为高端品牌
今年4月份，荔湾警方在辖区查处假冒手机时发现有部分手机来自广州的一家物流公司，进一步侦查过程发现该公司虽然以服装、鞋类为主要业务，但其包装却比较特殊，用了大量与手机等电子产品包装相关的泡沫、编织袋，每天的运输量也很巨大。荔湾警方立即成立专案组对线索进行深入摸查，发现嫌疑人张×敏等人通过物流方式，将大批假冒三星、苹果等品牌高端型号手机销售到广西、云南、西藏、黑龙江等地。每天销售数量多达几千台。
鉴于该案涉及多地，销售网络结构复杂，为对该团伙的制假售假链条实施全面打击，荔湾警方在摸清线索来源、团伙特点以及网络结构的情况下，向上级公安机关申请发起全国集群战役。各地警方配合经过近一个月的缜密侦查，一个组织严密的作案团伙浮出水面。
假冒零件组装后出售
经查，自2011年以来， 以犯罪嫌疑人王×刚为首，组织王×强(男，34岁，王×刚弟弟)、张×敏等人，在深圳设立物流公司，王×刚负责在深圳的电子市场采购假冒智能手机零配件，进行二次加工包装后，以物流公司为掩护，集中运往在广州负责接应的张×敏，并由张×敏等人负责将货物分运至广西、云南、西藏、黑龙江等地的买家，甚至通过物流运到东北的口岸出境，销售给境外的买家。
该团伙涉案人员众多，组织严密，销售运输线路完整，从深圳广州全国各地的下家或东北出境，每个中转站均有人负责检查交收。该团伙成员分工明确，其中王×刚负责组织假手机货源，张×敏等人负责在广州分运货物，王×强等人负责将货物从东北口岸出境，其余成员或负责分装打包货物，或负责财务及翻译，等等。
13人已落网，加紧追捕在逃涉案人员
该案涉及的假冒三星、苹果等品牌最新型号高端智能手机，销售网络涉及全国多个省市甚至境外，涉案金额极其巨大。荔湾分局办案民警介绍，这些假冒手机外观上与正品是很难区分的，但性能方面存在很大差距，高端手机特有的许多功能假冒手机并不具备。
民警介绍，该团伙犯罪手段隐蔽，犯罪嫌疑人以正规渠道注册的货运公司，日常也有正常的货运业务，但背后大肆运输销售假冒手机货物，而且刻意细化并增加物流运输的环节，使其运输假冒手机的过程更加隐蔽。
目前，犯罪嫌疑人王×刚等13人已被警方依法刑事拘留，警方正在加紧追捕王×强等在逃涉案人员。
