9月上旬，小明通过网络从一名黑客处获得一款黑客软件，然后凭借自己的计算机知识，对这个博客网站进行攻击。为了显示自己的能力，他还在篡改的网页上留下自己的QQ号。当民警找到小明时，他认为这只是个恶作剧，却没想到已触犯了法律。

由于小明的行为已构成违法，但鉴于他年仅15岁，还未成年，太仓市公安局最终决定不予处罚。事后，民警对小明进行了教育。
