  薪资:只够糊口


  李欣(化名)研究生毕业,在被人称为“香饽饽”的工商所任职,提及工作,她的苦水却很多。她说,考公务员是为了获得北京户口,但现在北京户口对于她而言,却如同一张废纸。每个月不到5000元的工资,交了房租、买件衣服和化妆品,加上吃饭交通等日常开销,几乎所剩无几。她的很多同学虽然没考上公务员,却几乎人人买房买车。看着飙升的房价,买房成了李欣一个遥不可及的梦。


  大学时,李欣也常听说公务员可以分房、能买经济适用房,工作才发现那只是“传说”。


  “没有过节费,中秋只有一盒月饼。周末还要加班,也没有加班费。”更令她郁闷的是,找个男朋友,是北京人,男方父母竟然嫌她没房没钱,“那时才明白,当初追求北京户口的自己有多傻。”


  加班:节假日加班很正常

  记者从中公教育了解到,国家通过公务员考试选拔的一般都是初级职位,虽然各地区工资有差异,但一般都是在2000元左右,中国政府公务员的工资水平与很多国家相比比较低。
