　　在被警方抓获后，关某表示，在网上看到“淮安女孩扬言炸学校，被警方拘留五天”的消息后，认为当地警方处理过重，所以发布要炸政府的微博表达不满，并向公安机关挑衅，让警察赶紧去抓他。“一时脑热，就是转着玩呢，随便转帖子而已。”关某在接受警方讯问时说。

　　安康市汉滨区张滩派出所民警景巍表示，关某的行为已经违反了《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第25条第3款之规定，扬言实施爆炸等行为，造成社会影响的，根据法律规定，汉滨分局对其作出治安拘留5日的处罚。
