　　“我家门口曾有一个这样的售卖机，但最近发现，怎么没有了？”日前有市民反映，已找不到投币式安全套自动售卖机。北京青年报记者走访朝阳区、海淀区的小区、公共厕所，试图寻找“残存”的投币式售套机，但一无所获。根据网上流传的一张投币式自动售套机的照片，北青报记者找到一个补货热线，但致电过去，对方却是蓝锭厂一家已运营两年的幼儿园。对着照片的背景，北青报记者找到了北京理工大学北门外墙，这面墙早已被重新粉刷，而曾挂在上面的投币式自动售套机也已消失很久了。

　　运营公司称不再经营售套机业务

　　曾负责安装配送安全套自动售卖机的是北京艾伦斯保健公司，2001年开始，市防艾委委托艾伦斯保健公司，在海淀区的宾馆、公厕、高校等地增装自动售套机，并设立24小时服务热线，及时给机器补货。北青报记者查询北京市工商局企业信息网得知，专营避孕药具生产的艾伦斯保健公司仍在运营，但其包装分公司、营销分公司均已在今年6月注销。公司显示的地址为海淀区金源时代购物中心某写字楼，但北青报记者实地走访发现，该地址已换成另一家公司。“去年楼下一直摆着他们的安全套广告，今年年初搬走了。”一名物业人员说。几经辗转，北青报记者在蓝靛厂某小区居民楼内找到了艾伦斯公司。公司的防盗门紧闭，门外没有任何相关标示，房内只有十几名员工办公。

　　“现在没有自动售套机的业务了，我们都是新来的，知道以前情况的老员工在出差。”公司一名员工说。据此前媒体报道，艾伦斯公司定期派员工对自动售套机修理维护，但维修速度远赶不上破坏的速度，外壳贴满小广告、投币口被塞硬物……许多投币式自动售套机被人为损坏。另外，由于安全套售卖机安装在街头，一些市民不好意思在光天化日下购买，随着成人用品的普及，售卖机的市场也并不乐观。而艾伦斯公司一名负责人称，售套机所售的“男子汉”牌安全套，在市民中的认知度也不太高，这也是投币式售套机再难进行大规模推广的重要因素。这些因素，导致街头的自动售套机开始被慢慢废弃。

　　避孕套发送：自助机前无人取 网上快递无人知

　　随着投币式自动售套机的绝迹，2011年起，市计划生育药具管理站开始推行只需刷身份证就能领取到一盒避孕套的自助发放机。但是，北青报记者走访了朝阳区和海淀区几个小区和商场并未找到这样的新型自助发放机。据了解，目前全市共有600台发放机，分布在大学、医院、社区、流动人口聚集地等地，且均设置在室内，相比于之前投币式自动售套机，新型自助发放机无论是在数量还是知名度上都未能填补投币式售套机废弃后留下的空白。

　　北青报记者了解到，现在，市民可以通过三种渠道领取到国家免费提供的避孕药具。传统方式是定点领取，在村居委会、社区卫生站、大型的企事业单位都可以免费领取，但是在北青报记者走访的几个社区居委会和街道，周末一上午的时间，并没有人来找他们领取免费避孕套。新方式则有两种，第一种就是通过自助发放机自己领取。根据市药具管理站公布的发放机分布图，北青报记者找到了中央财经大学校医院门口的073号发放机，时值中午，来往校医院的学生不少，但并没有人在发放机前刷证件领取避孕套。第二种是网上预订，通过快递送货上门，五环内需支付1元，五环外支付2元快递费。不过，对于这种网上预订的新方式，在北青报记者采访的市民中，大都表示并未听说。

　　“网络订套”更值得推广

　　记者了解到，随着投币式自动售套机淡出北京市场，安全套推广的主体也从卫生部门转移到计生部门上来。2011年市计划生育药具管理站率先和海淀区人口计生委试点，推出了只需刷身份证就能领取到一盒避孕套的自助发放新机型，截至目前安装了600台。

　　自助发放新机型的好处在于市民只需使用身份证就能每20天领取到一盒避孕套，而且每台机器都和区县计生系统的药具站联网，缺货、故障可以随时报警，便于及时补货和维修。据了解，今年年底前本市还将再安装600台新机，明年预计的安装量为1100台，将更加方便市民免费领取，不过安装的地点还需要综合考虑供电电源、防晒、防雨等问题。

　　另外， 相比街头自助发放安全套，政府更倾向于推广网络预订的方式。“这种方式更适合年轻人。”昌平区计划生育药具管理站的胡站长认为，该平台利用网络预订、手机预订、自助发放机器等信息技术手段实现了避孕药具从“人对人”的传统发放方式，逐步向“背对背”的自助发放形式转型。他说，这种网上预订的新方式能更好地保护市民的隐私，可以减少因为担心隐私被泄露或羞涩而不使用避孕药具的风险。
