  首批7个项目分布在四个区县,套型面积均为90平方米以下,可提供自住型商品房16000余套。


  本届展览内容为2013年北京市自住型商品房项目规划设计方案,共有7个项目,分布在四个区县,总建设用地面积约73.3公顷,可建设自住型商品房建筑面积约144.7万平方米,共可以提供16020套自住型商品房。


  本批自住型商品房项目户型以套型面积90平方米以下的经济紧凑小户型为主,金隅集团、首农集团和建工集团等市属国有企业提供了区位较好、交通便利、配套设施齐全的基本具备建设条件的自有用地,用于建设第一批自住型商品房。


  首批“自住房”项目介绍


  朝阳区东坝单店地块:项目位于朝阳区东坝地区,与市中心直线距离约13公里。本项目住宅建设用地11万平方米,待建学校用地1万平方米。建筑高度80米,居住总套数3580套,居住总人口10024人,本项目分别配备建筑面积7500平方米的小学一处,建筑面积2100平方米的幼儿园一处。


  朝阳区高井星牌建材厂地块:位于朝阳区,毗邻CBD,北临朝阳北路,南临地铁1号线。共有1888套住宅,居住人口5200余人。


  朝阳区崔各庄来广营北路地块:位于朝阳区崔各庄乡奶子房牛厂用地,京承高速路西侧。规划24班小学一处,占地约1.25公顷。规划16班托幼一处,占地约0.6公顷。分南北两个地块,北侧用地为自住型商品房和相关教育配套,可提供住宅2359套。


  丰台区大红门油毡厂地块:位于丰台区南四环大红门桥东南侧久敬庄路甲1号,地上建筑面积108714平方米,提供1344套住宅。


  昌平区北七家镇定泗路北侧地块:位于昌平区北七家镇,北五环和北六环之间,本项目住宅建筑面积41.1万平方米,能够提供住宅4450套,全为南北朝向户型。


  朝阳区百子湾14号地:位于朝阳区百子湾14号地,西临金长安,东北侧为大成国际公寓,南接规划百子湾南路。住宅建筑面积27252平方米,可提供住宅360套。

  保障房轮候家庭



  两年内解决需求


  本报讯(记者 陈斯)截至10月份,本市已经建设收购各类保障房16.2万套,竣工8.5万套,提前超额完成全年任务。记者上午从市住建委获悉,已通过审核的保障房家庭有望在两年内解决需求。


  据了解,年内要确保完成4万套指标任务,两年内妥善解决已审核通过的保障房家庭住房需求;逐步退出产权型保障模式,今后主要通过公租房和棚户区改造解决住房保障,同时加快推进已经确定的改造项目,为5年内基本完成四环以内棚户区改造任务打下基础。
