新京报讯 (记者赵力 黄月)昨日，2013年北京市第一批自住型商品房规划方案揭晓，在前门北京规划展览馆展出。
规划方案显示，全市第一批共7个自住商品房项目，分布在朝阳、丰台、海淀、昌平四区，共可提供约16000套自住型商品房。户型以90平米以下经济紧凑房为主，多为南北朝向板式建筑。
7处项目中，3处项目位于五环内。离市中心最近的为朝阳百子湾14号地项目，该项目位于四环边(外)的金长安东侧，共有360套自住型商品房。其中一居户型面积62.5平米，规划有183套；二居户型面积85平米，规划177套，较大的A01户型两室一厅均有向南或北的窗户和阳台。该项目离四惠地铁站直线距离约1.2公里，并以每户0.5个车位配置。
位置距市中心较远的昌平北七家镇定泗路北侧地块项目，位于五环、六环中间，东侧为城市快速路(立汤路)，采用板式全南北朝向户型，共提供自住型商品房4450套，户型分为75平米、85平米、90平米等，其中90平米户型规划建设3190套，有两室两厅和三室两厅两种户型。该项目规划有商业配套设施、社区医院、学校、公交车站等基础设施，住宅停车位按1比1比例配建。
据了解，该批自住房由金隅集团、首农集团和建工集团等市属国有企业提供自有用地建设。目前，相关项目的具体规划信息在前门北京市规划展览馆一层西侧展厅展出，市民可前往免费参观。
