Beijing’s first since lower housing prices than with lots of 30%

　　11月11日，北京第一批自住型商品房项目规划设计方案展上，工作人员正在布展。11日起，2013年北京市第一批自住型商品房项目规划设计方案在位于前门地区的北京市规划展览馆开始展出。据悉，首批7个项目分布在四个区县，套型面积均为90平方米以下，共可以提供16020套自住型商品房。

　　根据北京市《关于加快中低价位自住型改善型商品住房建设的意见》，北京市将通过采取“限房价、竞地价”等方式供地，建设套型建筑面积90平方米以下的住房，销售均价比同地段、同品质商品住房低30%左右。今年年底前将完成2万套供应，明年预计完成5万套。
