　　像何业泉一样受益于危房改造政策的人还很多。苏湾镇镇长花曙告诉记者，作为民生工程之一，危房改造主要是为了解决五保、低保和困难群众家庭的住房安全问题，镇村两级严把审核、质量和验收等关口，这两年全镇共完成危房改造约430户。

　　记者在苏湾镇走访时，常听到群众提及“圩区建设”。原来，镇内有个居住着上万人的圩区，由于排涝设施薄弱，往年只要24小时下超过100毫米的雨，就会造成严重内涝。针对此情况，镇里积极组织实施堤防加固工程，去年这项工程总体结束，今年7月，有一天4个半小时下了140毫米的雨，也没有给群众生产生活带来多大影响。

　　苏湾镇东黄村村民高宗华对此很有感触，“以前下雨排涝不及时，地被淹了，房子也会进水，老百姓深受其害。”他说，政府把这个问题解决了，老百姓以后无忧了。

　　强化农业信息化，打造农村政务、商务、服务三大信息化领域建设平台，也是苏湾镇为民办事的重点。如通过网络宣传、信息发布、资源共享，为苏湾镇的特色农作物、养殖业产品等走出安徽、走向全国畅通渠道，拓展市场。

　　随着办成一件件实事，群众的认可度提高了，干群关系更密切了。“对我们基层干部来说，最大的工作就是走群众路线，真心为群众办实事。”花曙表示，办事前与群众沟通，办事后听群众反馈，力争把每件事办实办好。

　　走访中，谈及如何进一步推动农村发展时，苏湾镇一些干部认为，要加强农业基础设施建设，如提高圩区堤防等级，打通农田水利“最后一公里”，同时针对外出务工人员较多问题，要加强农民技能培训，发挥政府的引导监管及市场作用，把这件事办好。
