美国著名经济学家、哈佛大学教授戴尔·乔根森接受法晚记者采访时表示，实现中国老百姓的“买房梦”应该首先对中国目前的户籍制度作出改革，而完善甚至取代现在的户籍制度将导致人类历史上“最大的迁移”，中国很多的农村人口将移向城市，这需要补充住房，同时就催生了人类历史上最大的“房地产工程”。
