南方日报讯（记者/陈春花）记者今日上午从江门市人力资源和社会保障局获悉，为加强对外籍教师尤其是从事未成年人教学工作外籍教师的管理，该市出台工作措施，将严把外籍教师准入关，尤其是要严格审查其相关背景和工作履历。
据了解，按照规范措施，今后凡在江门从事未成年人教学工作的外籍教师申请工作许可时，必须提交由本人签署的无犯罪记录承诺书，承诺本人在本国及境外无犯罪记录，承诺来该市后严格遵守中国法律法规。与此同时，加强外籍教师岗前教育培训，且将岗前培训作为聘请外国专家单位资格年检重点考察内容。
据透露，近期人社局将会同市教育局、公安局对全市教育培训机构尤其是以未成年人为主要教学对象的教育培训机构开展专项治理工作，若发现教育培训机构非法雇佣外籍教师及未取得外国专家证就从事教学工作的“黑外教”的，将严肃查处。同时，还将设立举报投诉电话，随时接受社会各界的举报投诉。
