羊城晚报讯 记者陈映平报道：如何预防儿童性侵？在本次性文化节上举办“防止儿童性侵害，我们能做什么”的公益讲座上，广东省性学会副会长、北大性学研究中心研究员陶林表示，缺乏性知识是儿童频遭性侵的关键，而孩子遭遇性侵面临的一系列问题令家长和被性侵者都感到无助和耻辱，报案后每一次取证调查，都容易再一次加重心灵的创伤，他呼吁学习美国和台湾，尽快成立青少年性侵危机干预中心。
陶林介绍，由于性侵后取证难，很多家长不敢去报案，所以具体案件发生案件多少难以统计。仅根据广州中院统计报告显示，2010年以来，广州两级法院审结涉14岁以下的儿童受性侵案每年超过50件，最多的一年案件高达65件。受侵害的孩子以7～14岁居多，外来务工家庭孩子占比尤其高。如荔湾区法院审结的8名儿童受性侵案，受害儿童全部都是外来工子女。
他说性侵者有一个特点就是一旦得逞后不易收手，会连续作案，同时通过恐吓、欺骗或利诱等继续犯罪，所以不少性侵案时间久而且次数多。他分析说，“外来工子女更容易遭到性侵，一个重要的原因是父母对子女疏于照顾，孩子也缺乏性知识。”陶林表示，该年龄段的孩子对性认识还处于朦胧阶段，导致孩子遭遇性侵后不少人还懵然不知。
陶林呼吁社会应该对此成立性侵危机干预中心。
