南都讯 南方日报记者 郑佳欣 记者 张艳芬 实习生 杜静 记者昨日从广州市国土房管局获悉，“广州市个人住房信息自助查询机”正式投入使用，市民办理个人(家庭成员)名下无房证明，只需将二代身份证放置查询机相应位置，即时就可获取由机器直接打印的无房证明，全程仅需15秒钟。
自2010年10月份限购限贷政策推行以来，按广州全市窗口受理量来看，最多的还是个人申请购房资格的证明。据了解，目前查询房产信息主要分三种情况：第一，如果是自己查自己本人的房产，只需提供身份证原件即可查；第二，夫妻之间要查对方房产，只要提供两人的身份证、户口簿以及结婚证即可查对方名下房产详细信息；第三，自己帮别人查，原则上要提供经过公证的委托书及对方的身份证原件，不过，工作人员也会酌情按实际情况处理。从目前的实际操作来说，从原则上讲，委托人应该持委托公证，只要是委托查询的这种情况，还要进行拍照，窗口还有办事人员进行审核。
记者昨日获悉，由广州市房地产档案馆与技术单位合作研发的“广州市个人住房信息自助查询机”日前正式在市国土房管局驻市政务中心窗口投入使用。市民如需办理个人(家庭成员)名下无房证明，无需再到窗口排队取号，只需将二代身份证放置查询机相应位置，在人机对话界面作简易操作，即时就可获取由机器直接打印的无房证明，全程仅需15秒钟。
据悉，全市首批共2台查询机分别投放在市政务中心和市房地产交易登记中心。
