　　今天，海南万泉河附近低洼地带的100多个村庄被淹，其中8个村庄较为严重，洪水漫至部分房屋屋顶，上千名群众被困。据了解，此前万泉河上游的牛路岭水库为防范台风海燕，提前开闸泄洪，导致万泉河水位上涨。当地相关部门已展开救援。(央视记者毛鑫)
