Health Planning Commission responses to “separate“ kids

　　毛群安说，“完善生育政策”是新组建的国家卫生计生委的一项重要职责。既要考虑维持我国的低生育水平，又要考虑群众的生育意愿、经济社会发展和人口结构变化等诸多因素。因此，本着立足当前、着眼长远、慎重稳妥、统筹协调的原则，国家卫计委组织开展大量调查研究，研究提出人口数量、素质、结构和分布的关系，研究提出了完善政策的思路和方案。

　　毛群安表示，下一步国家卫计委将认真贯彻中央决策，实施好相关政策。

　　新的国家卫计委组建以来，由于原计生委并入国家卫计委，计生政策的完善一直成为大众关注的焦点。

　　八月份，国家卫生计生委发布消息称，为缓解卫生计生系统群众反映强烈的突出问题，国家卫生计生委党组日前决定开始实施“服务百姓健康行动”，并适时出台完善生育政策调整方案。这一提法再度引发公众关注，这是否是放开“二胎政策”或者“单独二胎”政策的信号。

　　对于计生政策的回应，国家卫计委新闻发言人曾多次予以回复，在最近一次的回应中，毛群安告诉本报记者卫计委关于计生政策调整没有最新消息。
