作为广东近年查办的为数不多的地级市原“一把手”贪腐案，深圳市政协原副主席、曾任汕头市委书记黄志光违纪案，随着今天上午在广州市中院的公开开庭审理，再度引人注目。
根据指控，黄志光在担任深圳市宝安区委书记、汕头市长、汕头市委书记期间，涉嫌利用职务便利，收受他人贿送的财物共550多万元，为公司老板、“拜把兄弟”及其下属在工程承包、项目投标、职务升迁上谋取利益。
从工人做起的正厅干部
黄志光1954年出生于深圳罗湖一带，是广东海丰人。1971年正式参加工作，从最底层的工人做起，仕途一路顺畅，最终官至正厅级。
1971年10月，正式参加工作的黄志光在广东省宝安县装卸运输公司、盐田7501国防工程指挥部先后当工人、政工员、政工组副组长，后来逐步在宝安县装卸运输公司、深圳深港汽车运输公司等公司担任领导职务。
1991年10月，恰逢他参加工作20周年，这年他开始了人生新的起点，正式步入政坛，担任深圳市运输局副局长一职，此后先后升任深圳宝安区委副书记、区委书记。2003年5月调任汕头，先后任汕头市委副书记、代市长、市长、市委书记。2010年5月后，黄志光调任深圳，任深圳市政协副主席。
老子受贿为儿子买别墅
调任深圳不到一年，2011年2月25日，广东省纪委发布的一则消息，让这位正厅级干部的仕途折戟沉沙。消息称，黄志光涉嫌严重违纪正接受组织调查。办案机关的材料显示，黄志光涉嫌受贿与其子不无关系。
据供述，约在2007年，黄志光多次在“拜把兄弟”黄顺丰面前提到，想给儿子买套新房。后来黄顺丰帮忙物色了一套价值990多万元的怡景花园别墅。黄顺丰趁买房之机给了黄志光120万元。
讽刺的是，黄志光之前曾多次在公开场合向下属强调要严守党纪、管好配偶和子女。其中，在2006年12月，在中共汕头市九届一次全会上，当选为市委书记的黄志光发表了讲话，提到要“清清白白做官，干干净净做事”，严守党的纪律，管好配偶、子女和身边工作人员。
涉受贿数百万元
2006年，黄志光和深圳市金光华实业集团公司董事长李亚鹤提起，家乡寺庙修大佛缺资金的事，希望得到李的支持。李当场表示捐出200万元，其中100万元可以黄志光的名义捐出。后来，黄志光以儿子之名把这笔钱捐给了鸡鸣寺。
随后，在汕头市东部城市经济带新津片区的招标项目中，李亚鹤的深圳金光华集团在黄志光的帮助下一举中标。
任深圳宝安区长期间，黄志光认识了潮汕籍的深圳友和集团公司董事长詹某某。检方指控，2002年至2010年间，黄志光在担任宝安区委书记、汕头市长、市委书记期间，多次收受詹某某给予的玉石摆件26件，维腊木插画桶一个。詹某某还给黄志光送了一张价值33万元的香枝木罗汉床。
据指控，黄志光为詹某某亲戚黄某某的职务调动、詹某某在汕头市南澳县投资以及詹某某投资的香港潮声卫视在汕头设立记者站等事项提供帮助。
●1999年至2001年间，任深圳市宝安区委书记期间，多次收受深圳市宝安区农业局局长、深圳市宝安区光明街道办事处主任、党委书记刘某某给予的现金人民币35万元，为刘某某职务升迁提供帮助。
●2001年至2002年间，任深圳市宝安区委书记期间，两次收受深圳市宝安区教育局副局长郑某某给予的现金人民币40万元、港币2万元，为其职务升迁提供帮助。
●2002年至2003年间，任深圳市宝安区委书记期间，为拜把兄弟黄顺丰及姚某某取得宝安区光明街道工程提供帮助。2005年至2006年间，任汕头市长、市委书记期间，为黄顺丰请托的曾某某、徐某某职务升迁提供帮助。2007年11月间，任汕头市委书记期间，收受黄顺丰给予的人民币120万元。2008年至2010年间，任汕头市委书记期间，为黄顺丰持股的汕头保税区海伟酒类交易市场有限公司业务开展提供帮助。
●2008年至2010年间，任汕头市委书记期间，先后两次收受汕头市委副秘书长吴某某给予的价值人民币58.2万元的冬虫草17斤。
涉非法持有枪支
1985年至1990年间，黄志光分别购买了制式猎枪及气枪各一支，并办理了枪证。
但持证到期后仍非法持有，并将其藏于住处。1995年至2002年间，黄志光非法取得制式猎枪5支，没有办理枪证，一直非法持有并藏于深圳住处。
