京华时报讯 (记者 孙思娅)昨天是吉林省原常务副省长田学仁上诉的最后一天，记者从其律师许兰亭处获悉，田学仁放弃上诉，判决已生效。11月1曰上午，北京市一中院公开宣判田学仁受贿案。法院认定了检方指控的受贿1919万余元，鉴于田学仁的认罪态度好及赃款已退赔的情节，从轻判处其无期徒刑。
昨天，许兰亭介绍，其于上周五前往看守所会见了田学仁，对方表示对一审判决结果满意，放弃上诉。许兰亭讲，他见到田学仁时，对方情绪平静，没有什么话委托他带给家人，因为判决生效后，田学仁将马上进入监狱服刑，其家人也很快就可会见。
此案于11月1日在市一中院一审宣判。
法院经过审理查明，1995年至2011年间，田学仁在担任中共吉林省长春市委副书记、吉林市委书记、吉林省人民政府常务副省长等职务期间，利用职务便利，为他人在企业经营、职务晋升等事项上谋取利益，或者利用本人职权、地位形成的便利条件，通过其他国家工作人员职务上的行为，为他人谋取不正当利益，并先后85次收受吉林天河药业有限公司、时任长春市公安局经侦大队缉私队队长徐为民等10个单位或个人给予的财物，共计折合人民币1919.3575万元。案发后，赃款已经全部追缴。
法院认为，田学仁身为国家工作人员，利用职务便利为他人谋取利益，以及利用本人职权、地位形成的便利条件，通过其他国家工作人员职务上的行为，为他人谋取不正当利益，非法收受他人财物，其行为已构成受贿罪。鉴于其归案后主动交代有关部门尚不掌握的大部分事实，认罪态度较好，赃款已全部追缴，法院以受贿罪判处其无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产。
据了解，田学仁主动交代了有关机关尚未掌握的受贿，涉及数额总计为1688.897万元。此案开庭时，公诉方曾指出鉴于田学仁主动交代、如实供述和赃款已经全部追缴的情节，建议对他从轻处罚。
检方指控
2005年4月至2010年8月
田学仁接受时任吉林某药业股份有限公司董事长郭某某的请托，为该公司经营提供了帮助，先后7次收受郭某某给予的美元共计178万，折合人民币1217.0862万元。
2001年7月至2011年春节
田学仁接受时任吉林天河药业有限公司董事长常征的请托，为其实际控制的公司获取银行贷款及承揽吉林银行资产评估业务等事宜提供了帮助，先后17次共收受常征给予的人民币205万元、美元18万，共计折合人民币353.9801万元。
2005年11月至2006年12月
田学仁接受吉林省长春皓月清真肉业股份有限公司董事长丛连彪请托，为该公司人员因申报财政资金项目未被批准，向国家财政部有关人员发送“恐吓短信”而被追查的后续处理事宜，先后2次收受丛连彪给予的人民币20万元、美元2万元，共计折合人民币36.1678万元。其中，2万美元收受地点在从迪拜飞往埃及的飞机上。

田学仁接受时任延边德全水泥股份有限公司董事长刘德全请托，为该公司收购延边庙岭水泥有限责任公司股权、阻止同行业企业进入当地与其形成市场竞争等事宜提供了帮助，先后2次收受刘德全给予的美元共计4万，折合人民币33.1072万元。
