　　11日上午，“海燕”挟狂风暴雨“横扫”广西沿海，北海、钦州、防城港分别发布暴雨红色、橙色、黄色预警。上述三个沿海城市多处路段被积涝淹没，部分车辆被浸水中难以动弹，导致交通一度瘫痪。上述三市中小学校、幼儿园已全部停课，部分企事业单位停工。

　　来势汹汹的“海燕”令沿海地区多处断电。据北海市供电公司通报，至11日11时30分，“海燕”已造成北海市北京路、云南路、石子岭等40余处路段停电。与北海相邻的防城港市，亦有多处路段因强风雨而断电。

　　“风雨太大，公交车都等不到了。”一名在北海市湖南北路街头等待公交车的市民说，他已经在雨中等候了半个小时以上。据悉，“海燕”导致的内涝致当地城区交通一度瘫痪，北海至越南下龙湾、北海至涠洲岛、北海至海南海口等客运航线以及北海辖区海上旅游观光船舶已全线停航。

　　气象部门预计，11日上午10时在广西崇左市宁明县境内减弱为强热带风暴级的“海燕”，将以每小时15公里左右的速度向北偏东方向移动，今天傍晚以后逐渐转为东偏北方向，强度逐渐减弱。广西、广东中西部及贵州东南部、湖南大部、江西中北部、福建西北部等地有大雨，其中，广西、广东西部、湖南西南部等地的部分地区有暴雨，广西中东部部分地区有大暴雨。(完)
