　　有记者问，据印度媒体报道，中俄印外长会讨论了恐怖主义问题。考虑到中国近期发生的“10·28”事件及美军即将撤离阿富汗，中方是否将在本地区加强反恐合作战略？

　　秦刚表示，中方主张，国际社会应加强合作，共同反对和打击恐怖主义。反恐不应同特定的国家、宗教和民族挂钩，要标本兼治。比如在巴基斯坦反恐问题上，我们支持巴基斯坦根据本国国情制定和实施反恐战略。

　　秦刚称，随着2014年临近，阿富汗局势理所当然成为国际社会，特别是阿富汗周边国家的重要关切。希望2014年以后的阿富汗能够尽早实现和平、稳定、发展、睦邻，真正实现“阿人主导，阿人所有”的政治进程，从而改善本地区的安全形势，维护整个地区的和平与稳定。中方将继续同有关各方加强沟通与协调，共同努力实现这一目标。
