涉外婚姻中介违法
据媒体此前报道，在“光棍节”前夕，一团购网站推出免费送网友去越南找新娘“脱光”的活动，该网站称，在11月6日至11月13日，可以0元抽奖参加赴越南相亲。该网站称，“只支持通过合法手续的涉外婚姻”。除了该网站，一些相亲交友平台、QQ群也打出“越南新娘”牌。此报道一出，引起公众热议。

对于团购网站推免费去越南相亲一事，外交部中国领事服务网此前发布消息称，外交部领事保护中心提醒中国公民，赴境外前事先了解国内外有关法律规定和中介机构资质，防止自身权益受损，中国和越南对涉外婚姻均有相关法律规定。近年来，曾多次发生中国公民因轻信互联网上的虚假信息及传言，携带财物赴越相亲娶“妻”，结果上当受骗、蒙受经济损失的案例。
