　　受“海燕”影响，10日夜间开始，广西的风雨明显加大，普遍出现暴雨，局地达大暴雨量级。监测显示，10日8时至11日8时，广西钦州166毫米、防城港208毫米，为今年来的最强单日降雨，降雨量均为11月历史第一，其中防城港更是把原有的纪录(1999年11月7日，90.2毫米)提高了130%。

　　广西气象部门预计，“海燕”将以每小时15公里左右的速度向北偏东方向移动，11日傍晚以后逐渐转为东偏北方向，强度逐渐减弱。未来24小时，广西防城港、钦州、北海、崇左、南宁、贵港、玉林、梧州、来宾、贺州等市和百色、河池两市南部的部分地区有暴雨，局部大暴雨到特大暴雨。

　　气象专家提醒，广西需注意防范强降水叠加可能引发的山洪、地质灾害；政府及相关部门需按照职责做好防台风抢险应急工作，停止室内外大型集会和高空等户外危险作业，相关水域水上作业和过往船舶采取积极的应对措施，加固港口设施，防止船舶走锚、搁浅和碰撞，加固或者拆除易被风吹动的搭建物，人员切勿随意外出，确保老人小孩留在家中最安全的地方，危房人员及时转移。
