根据海南省气象局应急预案，决定11月11日8时00分将全省气象部门热带气旋Ⅰ级应急响应变更为Ⅳ级应急响应。请各市县气象局和省局各单位严格按照《热带气旋应急响应手册》，认真做好应急响应工作。
